Jafflong Tea Company Ltd. was included with ORION in 2005. Located at Jafflong under Gowainghat upazila in Sylhet, JTCL is one of the largest flat land tea estates in the Northeast region of the country. It stands at the edge of the beautiful Meghalaya Mountain range near the ‘Jafflong Tourism Centre’ beside the Peyain River, which is especially famous for its attractive natural beauty.

Jafflong Garden is a source of authentic Green Tea and Black Tea grown out of the best leaves, specially hand-picked and manufactured with modern technologies to maintain the freshness and strong natural flavor in each blend.

The entire tea estate encompasses an area of 875.78 hectares of land. The operation of the Tea Estate is run by more than 700 efficient tea workers and veteran management to maintain the harvest yield with quality. On an average, our annual production is more than 400 MT.

Jafflong Tea Company Limited contributes significantly to social and community development on its estate through comprehensive labor welfare programs that offer free housing, healthcare and other benefits. The company has set-up and manages medical center, adult-literacy centers and a school operated by the garden to educate the tea-worker’s children free of cost.
